A little about me...
I recently moved from sunny Southern California to Maryland this year. Finding my way around the area and site seeing has been quite an adventure. I am easy going lady, someone that is pretty laid back and quiet at first however I enjoy stimulating conversations. God and family first in my life then career. My degree is in the sociology and criminal justice field, prior career in California was in Education. College educated can take care of myself not looking for someone to take care of me but looking for a life partner/best friend, so we can take care of each other!

What are you looking for in a partner?
Not looking for drama been there had that and not interested. Looking for an honest friend, someone nice to have as a close companion, trustworthy, God fearing, loves life, enjoys children, easy going, likes to smile. I am not ready for a long term relationship immediately, hoping to find a good companion and friend. Not real certain about online dating either, but we'll see what the future holds.

I'd just like to add...
I enjoy walks in the beautiful parks in Maryland and hoping to site see DC area. Love to listen to music/jazz, enjoy feeding the ducks in the park with my daughter, enjoy museums, book festivals, book stores. I rarely go to the movies however I enjoy renting and watching movies at home. I mentioned having two children, well my son who is not a little boy anymore lives in California on his own, he just turned 19. So I've raised one already!
