Hi, I'm PhlyBeauty25 and I'm new to "the scene". Here interested in meeting some fun people for the summertime (go on a few dates) and maybe longer (open to exploring something further with the right person).

I am not 25 - a little older, I live in DC-SE to be exact, I work for a non-profit, graduated from UDC w/ a BBA in Marketing, and I have no kids. I am a little vertically challenged - tall people aren't really all that great anyways, lol, and a bit on the extra fluffy side(just more to like/love/lust-and since I LOVE ME, that is really all that matters). I am a chill individual - or at least that's what I have been told.

I feel I am a fun loving person but my tolerance for BS is extremely low - so come correct or don't come AT ALL. I love going to the movies, out to eat, checking out shows (the normal stuff). Music is my passion - if you are into old school, then you got a friend. I love to sing, laugh, chill, talk (stimulating conversation can be very sexy). I would love to travel more - that is something that I am working on. That is all I care to report...for now, lol. My ideal first date would be to go exploring one of the great historic neighborhoods in my city (although, it is not etched in stone that a walking tour be done through DC). Eat somewhere besides a major restaurant chain - a local jewel, engage in some good conversation while we walk and talk or find a nice scenic spot to sit in.

Plenty of things, lol. But to narrow it down to one (something simple)- I would like to go on a short trip to a resort maybe or a bed and breakfast - off some weekend getaway stuff, with the right person.

My goal is to leave a positive lasting impression on the world during my time in it. Whether it is through my music, a conversation I may have with a young sister, a child, whomever, I want to make someone think and influence their decision in a good way. Oh yeah, my other goal is to build an empire-have something to leave to my children. I don't want to be rich, want to build wealth.

Varies from sitting in the house listening to music w/a glass of wine or watching TV to going to a concert at the Verizon or Fort Dupont Park or just talking a walk in any park or beach or city street w/ the right person (sometimes solo). Going to the museum, trying out different cuisines, going to the amusement park or to a local fair. I don't mind hitting up a club or a lounge every once in a while w/ my girls, doing a girls day/me time (hair or salon visit), spending time with my family. Traveling-which I would love to do more of. Spending time with someone interesting who is interested in what is going on whether we are talking or sitting in silence.
